Terms and Conditions

Our general terms and conditions apply to all our quotations and deliveries.

Article 1: General
1.1 The general terms and conditions described apply to every offer from TaLeRoDe NL and to every agreement concluded between TaLeRoDe NL and the customer.
1.2 General terms and conditions only deviate if otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 By placing an order or accepting an assignment, the customer indicates that he or she agrees to the delivery and payment conditions.

Article 2: Offers and quotations
2.1 Quotations are without obligation unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Quotations and offers are valid for a maximum of 2 weeks.
2.3 When these 2 weeks have expired, the offer expires.
2.4 Offers do not apply to repeat orders unless stated in writing.

Article 3: Acceptance

3.1 Upon acceptance of quotations/assignments, TaLeRoDe NL may cancel the order within 4 working days without the customer deriving any rights from this.
3.2 Acceptance of an order must be done in writing.

Article 4: Prices and payments

4.1 Shipping costs are not included in the price and depend on the parcel service.
4.2 Prices shown include VAT.
4.3 TaLeRoDe NL may request a down payment of up to 50% when placing an order.
4.4 Customers must have paid the amount due within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.|
4.5 If payment is not made, collection and/or administration costs will be charged.
4.6 TaLeRoDe NL may make delivery dependent on immediate payment or security of payment.

Article 5: Returns
5.1 Custom-made or modified items cannot be returned.
5.2 In the event of defective production, the customer can contact us and the complaint will be discussed and resolved if necessary.
5.3 If the right of return does apply, any shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Article 6: Delivery
6.1 No rights can be derived from any delivery times mentioned, these are only indications of delivery.
6.2 Delivery depends on the supplier and nature of the project.
6.3 Delivery takes place while stocks last.

Article 7: Warranty
7.1 Warranty is only provided for defects caused by defective manufacturing, construction or defective material.
7.2 Warranty does not apply in the event of wear and tear, a damage accident, damage caused by modifications or improper use.
7.3 Embroidery and laser designs may differ slightly from the supplied files, you cannot derive any rights from this.

Article 8: Privacy
8.1 TaLeRoDe NL does everything it can to protect customer data as much as possible.
8.2 When requesting a quote or entering into an order/agreement, customer data will be included in our customer file.
8.3 TaLeRoDe NL only uses customer data to contact the customer and never shares data with third parties.
8.4 TaLeRoDe NL uses images of completed assignments for marketing purposes on, among other things, our socials.

Article 9: Liability
9.1 TaLeRoDe NL offers the possibility to have clothing embroidered or printed that is supplied by the customer. We work with machines, whereby there is always a chance that something goes wrong during the process, which can damage the clothing. If this happens, we cannot provide any guarantee or compensation for the supplied clothing.

Article 10: Retention of title
10.1 The edited article, supplied by or on behalf of the client with embroidery on it, remains the property of TaLeRoDe NL until the full invoice amount has been paid.
10.2 The embroidery card (digital designs) remain the property of TaLeRoDe NL at all times.
10.3 If agreed in writing, an embroidery card can (in special cases) be delivered to the client at the agreed price. TaLeRoDe NL cannot be held responsible for the result of work carried out by third parties, deviations and/or errors in the program and/or design.
10.4 Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, TaLeRoDe NL may use designs for its own advertising purposes. TaLeRoDe NL is never liable for improper use by third parties.
